Schedule: Monday to Friday; Core Hours are M-F, 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $40.00-$42.00 per hour
Procurement Specialist
Candidates prefer to be local to the Lenexa area
Key Responsibilities:
Expedite production supply requirements utilizing JDE ERP systems Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet production demands Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous deals Conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain strong supplier relationships Resolve issues related to procurement, such as delivery delays or quality discrepancies Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to procurement activities Education:4-year Bachelor's preferred (in Business or Supply Chain preferred); in lieu of degree, at least 9 years of relevant experience
Experience w/ Degree:
At least 3 years of supply chain experience
Schedule:
Core Hours are M-F, 8am-5pm
Overtime:
Some evening work will be required (Evening calls on Mondays to speak with suppliers overseas)
Contract only at this time
FULLY ON SITE
Pay Details: $40.00 to $42.00 per hour
