To support our rapid growth, we're seeking a dynamic Account Executive, Private Equity.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing contract revenue across both new and existing customers (members.) Working in alignment with Client Executives, you will serve as the account owner for a defined list of members and prospects across portfolio companies owned by specific Private Equity Firms.

You will be responsible for driving the sales cycle to completion before transitioning the account to the Member Success team for implementation. Building relationships with senior leaders in procurement, IT, HR, Logistics and other areas will be paramount to your success as you interact with new members to generate new business opportunities and up-sell to expand revenue across existing members.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute a daily/weekly agenda Initiate sales appointments with members via teleconferencing or traveling as needed for on-site meetings Meet or exceed your quarterly revenue targets and complete monthly forecast reportsGarner the respect of decision makers through active listening and establishing yourself as a trusted resource through research and education regarding product offerings and vendor partnershipsRecord timely and accurate information within Salesforce, including primary contact information, summaries of interactions, and timely pipeline managementLead all aspects of deal execution, including strategic and financial assessment, structuring, and negotiationDevelop and document strategy to build your pipeline of opportunities within your defined leads and prospects. Provide prompt follow-up on verbal and written commitments and member inquiriesSuccessfully and seamlessly transition members to the Member Success team, ensuring a thorough understanding of the account and expectationsInitiate and engage in member account reviews

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience in customer facing sales role with proven success in closing Strong skillset in developing and presenting business plans to c-suite decision makersDemonstrated history of working with brand image and promoting value through customer experienceAbility to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documentsAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business communityAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsExperience with CRM software, Salesforce preferredExperience with Microsoft Office applications preferred
