Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Concessions Manager to join our team at Petco Park in San Diego, California. As a Concessions Manager, you will help lead the concessions operation at Petco Park.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $ $73700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the duties of team members, supervisors, and volunteers in the concessions department
  • Schedule interviews and hire concessions team members; conduct training sessions in line with company policies and procedures
  • Follow federal, state, and local regulations in relation to safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol, payroll, employment and EEO
  • Ensure the cash handling and inventory levels processes are effective
  • Prepare sales and operational reports as required
Qualifications
  • Minimum of Three years of management or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably in a concessions environment
  • No college degree required
  • Working knowledge of business and accounting procedures; ability to analyze data
  • Experience with inventory distribution and familiarity with POS systems
