Job Overview

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Suite Runners to support our operations at Petco Park in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be tasked with promptly addressing the evolving needs within the suites.

Compensation

$19.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend pre-shift briefings to gather relevant information, including service schedules and guest preferences
  • Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Assist in the presentation of dishes, providing explanations for any missing items
  • Ensure cleanliness in both kitchen and dining areas, assisting in inventory checks of china, glassware, silverware, and linens

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a runner or busser role
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills

Physical Requirements

  • Continuous standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to navigate between tables and around corners
  • Capability to lift up to 35 pounds

Shift Information

Availability required for holidays, weekdays, evenings as needed, weekends, and event-based scheduling, with potential for overtime.
