The Opportunity
  • Commitment to providing industry-defining support to customers through the Roche Support Network.
  • Opportunity to travel and showcase expertise as a technical repair and/or installation specialist for Roche product lines.
  • Routine technical support and on-site service, repair, and installation of Roche products.
  • Diagnosis of mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures.
  • Analysis, feedback, and recommendations on product failure trends and serviceability issues.
  • Specialized knowledge and specific training and certification in a particular area or equipment.
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives.

This is a field based role - the territory is the Delmarva Peninsula. Candidates must reside in the Annapolis area.

Who You Are
  • High school diploma and 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training or work experience are required.
  • 2 years of experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking or equivalent level of competency attained through appropriate training curriculum

Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, information technology, and basic chemistry.
  • Availability to work after hours, provide weekend and holiday support on a rotated basis, and be on call 24/7 during rotation within an assigned territory or geographic region.
  • Development of in-depth technically related troubleshooting skills, along with good written/verbal communication, organization, prioritization skills, and effective customer service skills for positive customer interaction and maintaining ongoing relationships.

Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
