Sr Business Operations Manager, Global Security

We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager who will be in charge of analyzing and evaluating the Global Security strategy, creating and overseeing analytics workstreams that support that strategy, and influencing leaders and stakeholders at General Mills to make improvements based on your findings. You will use your impactful insights to shape the future strategy of Global Security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a passion for human-centered design in strategy, planning, and operations to foster effective partnerships, decisions, and processes
  • Translate information across different teams, becoming a subject matter expert who drives impact through collaboration
  • Work with various teams to promote operational excellence
  • Analyze customer information to provide efficient solutions
  • Offer valuable insights on the success of our strategy and suggest solutions to obstacles
  • Implement analytics to measure workstream effectiveness
  • Interpret data to provide insights and identify necessary programs for impact
  • Develop innovative systems and tools, supported by thorough training and documentation, to enhance existing tools
  • Provide feedback on operational improvements, driving enhancements in partnership with other teams
  • Create engaging presentations and influence stakeholders in critical workstreams for future success

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of business, product, or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree. Preferred majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-motivation, ideation, and curiosity
  • Data analytical skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with teams
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities

Additional Details:

  • International relocation or remote work outside the US will not be considered

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is competitive and reflects various factors, including experience, skills, and performance.
