East West College of the Healing Arts, a leading massage school in the stunning Pacific Northwest, is seeking talented individuals to join our dedicated team for a full- or part-time position as Admissions Representative.


Admissions Representatives inform prospective students in person and via phone, virtual meeting, and email about the profession of massage therapy and the educational program at East West College; conduct tours of the campus; participate in informational events on- and off-campus; interview prospective students; and enroll students in the program.


Throughout the process of qualifying and enrolling students, Admissions Representatives are responsible for asserting and upholding the College's core values, including integrity, clear communication and a strong commitment to diversity.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; strong organizational, information management and time management skills; knowledge of computerized student information systems (SIS); and ability to work independently.

Prior experience in school admissions preferred. Experience with massage and bodywork is a plus.
