Responsible for all procedures and documents for executing engine and alternator tests to ensure the assemblies are meeting all specifications before shipping to the customer
Job Duties:
Support engine and alternator test cellsTroubleshoot problems/failures in the process and procedures issuesDocument standard work that's accurate and safe for the test cells and perform the task needed which includes defining and piloting technical test creating working instructions and identifying programming and tooling needsTrain others on the process and proceduresRead blueprints or job orders to determine product specification and tooling instructionsFollow reporting and recordkeeping procedures and report problems to supervisorUse precision gauges and instruments to determine and follow customers specificationsCalculate and record dataDiagnose, adjust, troubleshoot, and repair all defects found during testingResponsible for test set-ups and special instrumentations required to determine parts performance and systems characteristicsQualifications:
