  • Create and execute a well-defined project plan including scope, schedule, and resource allocation in partnership with creative studio
  • Establish timelines and clear, consistent communication with all parties regarding delivery of project obligations
  • Review digital innovation briefs and requests and partner with internal Coach teams (2D & 3D Creative Services, Digital Creative, Brand Events, VM) and Global Business Unit partners to establish project priorities and timelines
  • Develop project schedules and scope, communicate project status and schedules to all key stakeholders and ensure key milestones are met
  • Responsible for balancing projects in VE portfolio while developing effective communication processes to inform the cross-functional teams about project progress, roadmaps and key deliverables - create and maintain project dashboard
  • Develop cross-functional relationships between strategy and creative teams, consistently maintaining and improving upon current organizational systems and records
  • Use practical and functional experience and expertise to create innovative solutions, including updating brief templates
  • Identify process standards and best practices for how teams should approach projects
  • Establish, implement, and document standards and best practices for the successful management and completion of projects - build asset trackers, monitor progress through regular updates
  • Help teams understand the creative and business purposes of projects while also providing the guardrails they need to adhere to in order to be successful
  • Route digital assets to business and/or cross-functioning teams for approval and deliver final assets once approved.
