The North American Human Resource Solution Center (HRSC) is supporting over 25,000 employees across the U.S. and Canada in areas related to benefits and pension administration, payroll and time keeping, and record keeping and reporting.

The Payroll Garnishment Administrator processes employee garnishments, including child support, tax levies, student loans, bankruptcies, creditor garnishments, and lump-sum payment orders for US and Canadian payroll. This position is the primary contact between garnishees, HR managers, agencies, courts, and any third-party providers.

What you will do:

  • Support Payroll Data entries with accuracy and required controls
  • Use Nutrien system (SAP) from mass load entries
  • Perform necessary checks and reconciliations to confirm accuracy and desired results
  • Support Payroll reconciliations and reporting requirements
  • Safeguard employee privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive information
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees who are seeking additional information or redirecting as appropriate
  • Respond to HR administrator or client inquiries, primarily through phone and email channels
  • Execute assigned Garnishment processes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolve assigned Garnishment disbursement cases within SLA timeline
  • Respond efficiently and effectively to all correspondence from field customers, employees, or 3rd party vendors via phone, email, and Case Management System
  • Maintain garnishment documentation according to department standards
  • Responsible for review and set-up of garnishment orders in SAP system, including preparation of orders and correspondence for scanning
  • Write and review letters to address interrogatory responses
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, such as process documentation, identifying opportunities for improvement, and participating in problem solving

What you will bring:

  • Certification's degree is preferred
  • SAP experience would be considered an asset
  • 2+ years of Garnishment experience in a multistate company for Canada and US
  • Strong understanding of garnishment laws and requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent analytical ability within a high transaction volume environment
  • Good organization skills
  • Excellent customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate $ $33.85 / hour. This range is estimated for Administrator, Payroll Garnishments role in Loveland, Colorado. Actual rate and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
