Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Reporting Function and accounting Functions by producing accurate report.
  • Support Reporting Dept by communicating with Technicians and taking technical data; producing needed report for customers.
  • Manage and record a wide range of financial transactions incluiding AR/AP, and payroll support services as needed.
  • In other jobs as needed by Supervision/Managers.

    The essential functions of this role include:
  • working in a smoke free environment
    Skills
  • Data Entry (2 years of experience is preferred)
  • PAYROLL SUPPORT (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • Administrative Duties (2 years of experience is preferred)
  • Excel (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • Microsoft Office (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • Bank Reconciliations
