Essential Job Duties & Responsibilties:
- Lead the motion identity and vision for fans, players, and tournaments.
- Maintain a unified art direction, vision, and high production standard across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate in the development of sketches, storyboards, and motion project pitches.
- Work closely with digital, social, and marketing teams to develop and produce creative assets, including social media graphics and other supporting campaign assets.
- Keep up to date with the latest motion technologies.
- Other duties/projects as assigned.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in a motion design at a sports organization or marketing agency required.
- Strong experience in Adobe design software such as After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to develop effective creative materials for motion.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong project management & organizational skills with ability to handle multiple demands and priorities.
- Ability to cultivate relationships and provide constructive critique of creative work that elevates the quality of the creative output across the organization.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.

- Tennis knowledge desirable.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Position Type/Work Schedule:Full Time, 40 hours a week. Typical schedule will be Monday-Friday with some off hours and weekends dependent on tournament schedules and projects demand.
