The Retail Professional Talent Acquisition Specialist role requires the timely and efficient response to hiring managers inquiries regarding recruiting, staffing, and onboarding for Retail Pharmacists, District Leadership and Store Management positions.To be successful within the Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness recruitment team, you must have:
- Superior communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate hiring/staffing details- Ability to function in a high volume, production oriented, time sensitive environment- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail- Demonstrated ability to multi-task while consistently meeting deadlines- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills to reflect a friendly, positive disposition- Demonstrated ability to maintain information in the strictest of confidence- Must be a team player willing to join forces with other team members to complete goals- Ability to consistently and efficiently follow through on problems to provide satisfactory resolution- Ability to plan and prioritize workloads, both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervisionResponsibilities include:- Using Workday to accurately track and report out on candidate pipelines and key updates as well as following predefined business processes to hire candidates in accordance with the company hiring practices.- Accountable for the delivery of outstanding Talent Acquisition service through a strong commitment to customer needs (both for hiring leaders and candidates/colleagues seeking employment) with a demonstrated commitment to adhering to all service levels with superior communication skills.- Performing pre-screening of candidates in the candidate pipeline.- Responsible for identifying and collaborating with sourcing partners on opportunities to attract candidates and build candidate pipelines- Ensure customer information is processed efficiently, accurately, urgently, and thoroughly- Ensure the delivery of meaningful, high-quality, and timely service to our customersThe ideal candidate will possess:- Strong talent acquisition and recruiting skills exhibiting a courteous telephone etiquette, patience and professionalism with a high attention to detail.- Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of the job
- 2+ years of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Experience including onboarding
- Basic knowledge of onboarding- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Experience in Workday Applicant Tracking System
- High school diploma/GED required- Bachelor's degree preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is$ $38.82
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual Full time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
