Overview

The Human Resources Administrator and Talent Acquisition Specialist will execute a variety of human resources administrative and recruiting tasks. This role sits in Rocky Mount, NC, and executes transactions including new hire activation in the company's HRMS system, changes, transfers, updates, terminations, etc. As a team member, this individual will work effectively to identify process improvements, system enhancements, and streamlined solutions around Talent Acquisition. This role also recruits the operational staff for this site and sets appropriate recruitment strategies.

This role identifies, selects, and works to prioritize workload based on departmental standards, volume, and SLAs set. This highly organized and efficient individual will play a pivotal role on the global Human Resources team and treats employees and team members with the highest levels of customer service. In addition, this team member will protect the confidentiality of employee information and sensitive information as if personally owned, with great tenacity and discretion in all ways. Finally, this team member demonstrates and exemplifies the Company's vision, mission, culture, and values.

This resource will serve dual capacities, as the HR Generalist and Full Cycle Recruiter for both Rocky Mount and Winston-Salem, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Executes and performs Human Resources administrative and Talent Acquisition tasks.
  • Recruits for site's operational staff.
  • Develops a pipeline of talent, and advises on recruitment strategies for this site and these roles.
  • Identifies, selects, and works to prioritize workload based on site standards, work volume, and SLAs set. Meets and exceeds SLAs regularly.
  • Executes and performs new hire activation, changes, transfers, and terminations in the Company's HRMS systems of record.
  • Executes processes related to Talent Acquisition and ensures each step is completed pre- and post-hire including background checks, drug screens, fingerprinting, etc., as required.
  • Works with upline and site HR leaders on self-development and individual professional development.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards and mandates.
  • Assesses Human Resources Operations and Talent Acquisitions practices and business processes, surfacing recommended changes, enhancements, and improvements.
  • Assists with site administrative duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience.

Computer Experience:

Must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems.

Key Requirements:

  • High School degree required. Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Successful completion of Human Resources best practice trainings highly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in US Human Resources as a discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in US Human Resources administration and Talent Acquisition.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.
  • 3-5 years of experience and expertise in MS Office 365.
  • 3-5 years of experience and expertise in HRMS systems and HR Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in the BPO industry highly preferred.
  • Proven, demonstrated, excellent customer services skills.
  • Proven, demonstrated expertise with Talent Acquisition, mathematics, and formulas.
  • Proven, demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term success as a partner in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills including solid verbal and written communications skills.
  • Willingness to travel to Winston-Salem office
