  • Completing customer service requests and handling construction-related forms
  • Administering Taylor Morrison's Structural Warranty Program

Requirements

  • High School Graduate with 18+ months of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to company systems and possess time management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Must be willing to travel locally to meet with homeowners

Essential Information

  • Non-exempt position, eligible for overtime pay
  • Essential functions include reporting to the office, computer skills, conflict resolution, teamwork, time management, and adherence to procedures
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds and ability to operate a motor vehicle
