We are currently seeking a QE Maturity Consultant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive quality engineering process development and evolution to enable consistent predictive conditions
- Provide direction on the processes, procedures, and templates to be used
- Represent a firm and proactive approach to entrance and exit criteria
- Create metrics definition, identify improvement opportunities, and define and implement roadmap
- Report status on QE maturity
- Coordinate evaluation of new tools and best practices
- Interact with the testing team and technical leaders to understand systems and component specifications and recommend changes to facilitate efficient and effective testing
- Provide thought leadership towards the future state of automation and performance engineering
- Introduce and implement common automation frameworks to support all test types across enterprise
- Socialize the test automation best practices and influence architecture and design decisions

- Develop and execute process improvements for the QA team using standard templates, process definitions and best practices.
- Manage and validate all testing artefacts generated by the tool and establish corrective actions for any non-conformance.
