- Identify and direct the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality of the product
- Generate Agile approach in staff and teams through conversations, coaching, and role-playing exercises
- Foster close cooperation across all team members, encourage cross-training and supporting each other.
- Manage budget and responsible for Roadmaps, Trend analysis, resourcing, resource onboarding and other VMO functions.
Your Impact:
- You will have significant impact on our team, and in our organization. You will primarily lead delivery of data centric applications, while embracing and promoting the Agile mentality and IDEA Value Management Office (VMO) processes. You will help implement product vision and communicate successfully to key partners. You will provide thought leadership and lead projects, coach junior members on the team, manage evaluate new technologies with quick proof of concepts and support applications in production. Responsibilities include the following.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent working experience.
- 5+ years of shown ability delivering solutions using Software Development Life Cycle including 2+ years of Agile and JIRA experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Must be willing to enhance the business domain knowledge.
- Effective facilitation and reporting skills
- Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous, fast paced environment where priorities shift rapidly
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify effective solutions
- Effective influence, collaboration, and negotiation skills
- Hands-on JIRA tool experience preferred
