Job Description:

As a 3DExperience Solution Director / Architect you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions within the Digital Transformation space, primarily in a 3DExperience environment.

Responsibilities:

· Lead 3DExperience Solutioning efforts using innovative strategies.

· Through industry and client knowledge, identify additional potential business for Capgemini Engineering.

· Utilize upstream and downstream knowledge to provide customers with solutions that best meet their requirements.

· Lead, mentor and develop team members within the Digital Transformation Practice

Required Skills:

· 20 years' experience 3DExperience Solutioning including design, development, Implementation. (Post version 18x-)

· Experience in the management of large software implementation projects

· 10 years' experience in leading, managing 3DExperience PLM projects, including mentoring and guiding other team members.

· 5 years' experience with Automotive Engineering processes

· Knowledgeable with 3DExperience architecture

· Identify functionality in the projects design that can be best implemented as a generic solution supported by the 3DExperience platform's industry best practices.

· Write functional specifications and technical requirements with Industry best practices.

· Good understanding of Administration, Configuration, Customization, Interface development, Migration, Upgrades

Desirable Skills:

· Strong problem solving ability

· DevOps experience

· Agile Development experience
