Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy:

  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for platform components in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for platform features and capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the core product team, engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and provide updates on progress.

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to engineering teams, ensuring the implementation of best practices in cloud-first development and composable architectures.
  • Lead efforts in complex data mapping and integration, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality platform components.
  • Oversee the creation of detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Healthcare Domain Expertise:

  • Leverage deep understanding of the healthcare industry to drive the development of platform capabilities that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in healthcare, ensuring the platform remains competitive and compliant.

SaaS Expertise:

  • Utilize extensive experience in SaaS to shape the development and deployment of scalable, secure, and user-friendly platform services.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SaaS solutions with existing systems and workflows

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure thorough testing and validation of platform components, collaborating with QA teams to deliver reliable and secure products.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, addressing any issues or areas for improvement.

Documentation and Training:

  • Develop comprehensive documentation for platform components, including user guides, technical specifications, and integration guides.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on platform capabilities and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on platform or technical product management.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of packaged business capabilities and composable architectures.
  • Expertise in cloud-first development, with experience in platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proficient in complex data mapping and integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevOps).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
