In this Sr Engineering Assistant role you will make impacts in the following ways;
  • Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on electronic test stands and associated test instrumentation, test adapters, test fixtures, thermal chambers and other production test assets.
  • Assist with calibration coordinator duties, installation and removal of test equipment from test stands, completing required paperwork and updating calibration database software.
  • Other duties assigned by Test Engineering personnel as required.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience with the use of tools required to perform Preventative Maintenance activities:
    • Screwdrivers
    • torque wrenches
    • multi-meters, etc.
  • Must be familiar with test instrumentation, test stands, test adapters and test fixtures.
  • Ability to read schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and other related technical documentation.
  • Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, any issues encountered and other job statuses to management, peers and outside departments.
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs.
  • Must currently be eligible for a DOD Secret clearance.
  • High School diploma and/or GED with 4 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills All of the above requirements and an Associates or Bachelors Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $100540

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
