Connor Group has an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Coordinator in the Business Development Leadership Team. This position will be an Independent Contractor / Temporary position. The position will support Business Development Executives and Accounting Professionals to review , edit, format, and approve engagement letters, NDAs, and a variety of statements of work for clients. The candidate will also be expected to exhibit an intermediate or higher level of proficiency in a wide variety of administrative skills.

Job Summary:

  • Become familiar with various contracts (SOW, NDA, MSA, etc.) and various software applications, as required.
  • Manage the processing and reviewing of incoming contracts as well as the shared inbox of requests.
  • Manage Salesforce for contract tracking purposes as well as reporting.
  • Work collaboratively and individually in a fast paced environment while remaining calm and collectively to draft, edit, and finalize contracts.
  • Display strong critical thinking/problem solving abilities and adaptability in potentially ambiguous situations, while maintaining a positive attitude towards accomplishing the objectives in a timely manner.
  • Preparation of high quality, accurate, and appropriate materials for meetings, as needed.
  • Prepare meeting decks and take minutes during meetings.
  • Demonstrate appropriate knowledge to create and maintain various spreadsheets, presentations, or other materials as meetings or projects arise.
  • Ad hoc administrative support on special projects, under direction, as needed.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize requests, anticipate needs, use judgement, and work with a very high level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrates initiative, proactive planning, and resourcefulness.
  • Highly detail oriented, organized, and responsible.
  • Able and willing to learn and apply technology and concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive energy and a great attitude.
  • Extremely professional, personable, friendly, and an overall team player.
  • Being able to work independently and collectively.
