About the role

Serotonin is in search of a hands-on Analytics Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, collaborating closely with our Director of Growth, Growth Marketing Manager, and our Paid Social Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a keen enthusiasm for constructing and driving actionable insights that support business objectives, fast and accurate campaign implementation, and exemplary organizational and communication skills. While strategic thinking is valued, a primary focus of this role is tactical execution—bringing analytical plans to fruition by translating complex data into actionable recommendations and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with both emerging and established Web3 companies in the development and execution of high-impact growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis & visualization of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop methodologies for extracting actionable insights from complex data sources and visualizing them successfully.
  • Interpret data to provide strategic recommendations and drive decision-making.
  • Build and maintain predictive models to forecast business performance and trends.
  • Utilize statistical techniques to analyze data and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs for clients.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on business performance and insights.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of reporting processes through lean methodologies - no large tool subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and objectives.
  • Communicate complex findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in client services operations within marketing
  • Agency experience is required
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and data visualization
  • Proficiency in statistical languages such as Python, or SQL.
  • Experience in building Dune or Flipside Dashboards preferred, with a portfolio to share
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience [either personally or professionally] in web3 is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
