Duties
  • You will track the status of actions/orders using automated and manual systems and through contacts with vendors/contractors and with functional personnel within the command.
  • You will collect vendor quotes and proposals according to competitive requirement bid information.
  • You will assemble and prepare procurement management reports by gathering and consolidating pertinent information.
  • You will be responsible for performing a variety of technical work for contract specialists and contracting officer authorized representatives, to include negotiating procurement activities.
  • You will use electronic systems for creating, extracting, adding, deleting, editing, and storing information in forms, general correspondence, reports, and memoranda.
