Program Manager, Employee Surveys

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for leading and/or managing enterprise-wide OE programs to drive organization performance with a focus on employee surveys and data analytics that impact the full employee population in support of overall business initiatives.

Ensures completion of projects from original concept through final implementation.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead full survey program (recruiting experience, new hire, employee engagement, and exit surveys) including survey approach, design, management, trends, data analysis, and enhancements
Lead project teams, identify appropriate resources, develop and manage project plans, and leverage internal resources to ensure timely completion of projects
Develop and review survey program materials including project updates, meeting and training decks, communications, user documentation, and results presentations
Benchmark with 3rd party survey vendor and outside companies on trends and enhancements on measuring employee experience
Manage vendor partnership, contracts, and financials for survey program
Serve as the lead for conducting comprehensive data analysis, identifying trends and potential impacts that can be shared with HR and business leaders
Consult with business unit HR leaders on matters of employee experience measurement and surveys
Research varied topics and make informed recommendations on OE subjects
Ensure alignment between project objectives and technical/operational solutions. Monitors and guides projects to ensure quality development and on-time delivery within budget.
Ensure updated project documentation is maintained
Review and approve project budgets, funding requests, forecasts, invoices, cost allocations, and reporting
Perform other duties as requested

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and independently
Excellent interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude, diplomatic approach, confidence and comfort around peers and leadership team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish rapport, define expectations and gain commitment to project goals and deliverables
Ability to develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams
Ability to translate and synthesize data and complex information into compelling narrative
Ability to make decisions and solve problems collaboratively while working under pressure
Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Knowledge of HR data management and reporting systems (e.g., PeopleSoft)

Required Education
Bachelor's degree Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; Master's degree in I/O psychology preferred
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
7- 10 years related OE or varied HR experience required; consulting or large-scale project management experience strongly preferred
Employee/customer experience survey administration and analysis preferred

Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Management or leadership experience - 2+
