Position Description:

KPA is seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to develop, deploy, and manage innovative online strategies, ensuring our message is consistent and engaging. You will produce high-quality online content that engages prospects and builds brand recognition. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and leadership, working closely with product, services, and sales teams. In this position, you will be accountable for growth in website traffic, inbound lead targets, conversion, sales pipeline creation, and budget for these activities.

A successful candidate will be well-versed in strategic communications and managing activities such as web strategy, editorial content development, and social media management. This position requires a hands-on individual who can take projects from concept to implementation, and the candidate should have a proven track record of developing digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of corporate website, including strategy, messaging, and lead generation.
  • Working collaboratively with marketing, product, sales, and consulting teams on content and digital marketing strategies to optimize website traffic and lead conversion rates.
  • Development of SEO and keyword strategies.
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that grows impressions and followers.
  • Collaborate on an editorial strategy and content for KPA web properties and in thought leadership campaigns.
  • Develop and execute a video strategy to highlight the value of KPA software, consulting, and training offerings.
  • Track campaign KPIs and build marketing reporting to monitor the effectiveness of communication activities.

Knowledge, Experience, Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within a B2B technology environment.
  • A track record of developing digital content strategies that demonstrate audience engagement.
  • Experience managing a WordPress website.
  • Experience managing websites – including working with Figma mockups, and external web development teams.
  • Experience managing social media presence.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including the ability to present concepts.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with solid implementation skills – instinctive understanding of messaging and positioning.
  • Relationship building, vendor management, and negotiating skills.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media.
  • Strong project management skills.

Success Criteria:

  • Skilled communicator with the ability to build rapport with external partners and trust with internal teams.
  • Adept with building strategic plans for corporate websites and digital marketing efforts.
  • Ability to build engaging content on a variety of platforms and media.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in seeing projects to completion.
  • Autonomous and reliable in meeting scheduled deadlines.

Compensation:

  • Annual Base Salary from 80k-90k
  • Annual Bonus Opportunity of 10%

Location:

  • We operate in a hybrid, remote-first work model where local candidates can go into the office for in-person collaboration, team meetings, or events. Ideally, our Digital Marketing Manager is local to our Portland office location and would have the ability to go into the office on occasion.
