Production Inserter Operator

Position is Onsite in Plano, Texas

Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Pay is $17.50-$18 per hour

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a mailroom, post office, transactional print, or fulfillment environment. Knowledge of commercial print-insert or direct mailer business is highly preferred. Warehouse knowledge and inventory management also a plus.

Familiarity with Pitney Bowes, Bowe-Bell & Howe equipment, Blue Crest, or KERN inserters is also advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Process workload delegated based on Service Level Agreement due dates
  • Operate High Speed Automated Inserters to process customer mail files.
  • Complete each job according to client requirements and mail presort specifications.
  • Communicate with internal teams for task coordination and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 months to 1 year experience working in a similar environment.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Learning to be efficient and mistake-free while maintaining speed.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary for this role is $17.50-$18 per hour.
