Position: Senior Transportation Analyst

Working Hours: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

As a Senior Transportation Analyst at GXO, your meticulous attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction are crucial to our operations running smoothly. You'll play a key role in providing logistics solutions for our domestic and global customers.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing domestic and international shipments and maintaining associated documentation
  • Coordinating, scheduling, and managing all outbound shipments per client requirements
  • Monitoring and managing shipments using internal and external client systems
  • Overseeing international logistics support activities, including shipping and compliance with customs regulations
  • Data management and integration from multiple sources
  • Communicating with internal and external partners to ensure on-time delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, brokers, and carriers
  • Resolving issues by collaborating with internal teams, carriers, and brokers
  • Driving special projects and assisting with employee performance evaluations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in domestic and international logistics management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL)
  • Knowledge of various transportation modes and logistics software
  • Familiarity with common logistics documentation and transportation cost factors
