Ecumen North Branch is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team. As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering life-enriching programming to meet the physical, social, spiritual, sensory, and psychological needs of our residents. You will work closely with our team to create a supportive and engaging environment that promotes resident participation and choice.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with individual and group activities
Transport residents to scheduled activities and appointments
Document resident participation and engagement
Maintain supplies and notify supervisor of needs
Monitor daily and monthly calendars of events and outings
Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to follow safety rules, regulations, and policies
Previous experience caring for seniors preferred

Ecumen North Branch is a 51-unit assisted living rental apartment home, 68 nursing home beds, and 20 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care and transitional care services. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for older adults and providing housing choices, compassionate healthcare, and innovative services.
