About the role

Finance Manager - Commercial Operations and Sales

Join our team as a pivotal member reporting to the Director of Finance, MPF. This role will spearhead the FP&A function for our commercial operations and sales division, serving as the strategic financial advisor driving optimal decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FP&A function, providing critical insights into key performance indicatorssuch as Profitability, Revenue Metrics, and Pricing.
  • Analyze and interpret operational financial data, collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Planning to enhance profitability.
  • Act as a liaison between Finance and Sales Planning, delivering value-added management information and actionable advice to drive performance improvement.
  • Strategic partner with S&OP to drive commitment and adherence to full year targets.
  • Provide comprehensive financial analysis and support to the Reworld Senior Leadership Team and Department heads.
  • Collaborate with facility operations, sales, and finance teams to develop accurate and timely monthly forecasts, long-term plans, and annual budgets tailored to commercial operations.
  • Produce periodic financial reports for various stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Maintain and update financial models, ensuring accuracy and relevance in decision-making processes.
  • Drive and execute ad hoc projects aimed at enhancing financial processes and operational effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain an effective partnership with regional S&OP team for improved planning and efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor support personnel within the finance team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant finance experience with a strong background in FP&A roles; M&A experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Oracle Smart View is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving process efficiencies and problem-solving within complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in generating cloud based financial reporting. Power BI, Microstrategy, etc.
