Qualified Therapists play a pivotal role in our clinical team. We are looking for Licensed Therapists who meet the following criteria:

  • Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states.
  • Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree along with State Licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LCMHC, or LMFT).
  • Experience in treating individuals across different age groups with various mental healthcare requirements.

Job Description

As a Therapist at LifeStance Health, you are an indispensable part of our team, addressing the mental healthcare needs of clients from all age groups. Whether in-person or via telehealth, you will provide outpatient clinical services.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will revolve around diagnosing, formulating treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, assessing treatment effectiveness, maintaining documentation, and offering referrals for additional care when needed.
