  • Greet patients as they enter the office.
  • Checking patients in and out for their appointments.
  • Scheduling patient appointments.
  • Answer patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Answering and managing incoming calls.
  • Verify and update patient information.
  • Maintain front desk area.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality, in accordance with HIPAA and other medical regulations

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of general administration and clerical procedures.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
  • Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred).
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred).
Dental office: 1 year (Preferred)

Compensation:
$15 - $20 hourly
