Job Description
HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking an Administrative Analyst (jr/mid) in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies. Positions will be based at global Army training site in Orlando, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field OR
- 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field OR
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
