Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key leaders to design and implement sales compensation plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance data and compensation metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee sales compensation management systems and ensure accurate calculations, reporting clarity, and timely distribution of commissions, bonuses, and sales contest payouts.
  • Work closely with HR and Legal teams to ensure compensation plans comply with legal requirements and maintain policies and procedures documentation.
  • Issue and track all commission-related documents to commissionable employees and managers.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, or data aggregation with sales compensation/commission models, preferably in the SAAS industry.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions, with experience optimizing existing SQL queries for performance and scalability.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and advanced analytical functionality.
  • Experience supporting Sales functions, either directly or indirectly, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Admin, Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Finance, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Results-driven, highly organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Best-in-class data skills, including SQL, Excel, dataset manipulation, and data visualization.
  • Experience with CaptivateIQ and/or DocuSign is a plus.
Additional Information

This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the Orlando, FL office. As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee prior to a hiring decision.
