Job Description

The Key Responsibilities of the Quality Manager are:


  1. Quality Management Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001 and and customer requirements.

  2. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work collaboratively with production, engineering, and other departments to implement effective solutions that enhance overall product quality.

  3. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance procedures, conduct regular audits, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure adherence to quality standards.

  4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performance culture within the quality department.

  5. Customer Collaboration: Interface with customers to understand quality expectations, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in response to customer feedback.

  6. Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with the supply chain team to establish and maintain effective supplier quality management processes, ensuring the quality of incoming materials.

  7. Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement, driving data-based decision-making within the quality function.

    The successful Quality Manager will have the following:

  8. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or relevant industry experience
Proven experience in a quality management role for ISO 9001 or 13485 regulated environments.Strong knowledge of SPCDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving quality objectives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with customers.
