Role Overview:
As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our operations in the US, ensuring the smooth implementation and execution of our business strategies while maintaining a strong presence in the market. This is a crucial leadership role that requires an individual with a strong background in the IT and Services industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve the company's goals and objectives in US
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and maximize revenue
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
- Identify market trends and customer needs to develop new product and service offerings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness
- Manage the budget and financial performance of the US office, including revenue forecasting, expense control, and profitability analysis
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to optimize cross-functional operations and drive efficiency
- Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude, strong passion, ownership, accountability, and teamwork while fostering a culture of excellence.
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Google Sheets & Slides
- Methodical, well-organized, detail-oriented, and result oriented
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a similar Country Manager role within the IT and Services industry
- Strong understanding of the US market dynamics and cultural nuances
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performance teams
- Strategic mindset and ability to develop and execute business plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
