CohnReznick is currently seeking a Sustainability Advisory Manager to join their team. The firm values innovation and collaboration in all of their service areas including Advisory, Assurance, and Tax services.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand ESG issues and their impact on clients' business models
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking
  • Research emerging ESG regulations
  • Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews
  • Develop strategic plans for ESG programs
  • Measure social impacts of sustainability projects
  • Manage team on engagements
  • Contribute to ESG thought leadership
  • Develop innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with other practices and industry groups
  • Structure quantitative analyses

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required; Advanced degree preferred
  • 4-6 years' experience in sustainability/ESG Advisory services
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in consulting environments
  • Ability to define industry trends and articulate impacts
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams and influence others
  • Ability to travel as needed
