Position Overview:

On Location has been appointed as the Official Hospitality Provider of the FIFA World Cup 26TM This Senior Product Designer will be joining the On Location team, specifically focusing on a new project in the sports industry VIP events sector. They will utilize their design expertise to craft innovative product solutions, enhancing both product and event experiences to exceed customer expectations.

Who You Are:

  • You have 5-7 years of experience in the field of product design.
  • You have a bachelor's degree or higher in a discipline, ideally Product Design or similar field of study.
  • You have experience working with user researchers, product managers, product designers, data scientists, and engineers.
  • You bring demonstrated expertise in crafting unique user experiences and taking products from O to 1.
  • You bring a strong understanding of information architecture, multi-step and cross-platform flows.
  • You take a user-centric, needs-based approach to informing product design decisions and regularly demonstrate a strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
  • You employ a broad set of design tools to best solve and communicate user flows, interaction and motion, and knows which tool to use depending on scope and phase of the project. These tools could include sketching, diagramming, interface design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator), production HTML/CSS and Javascript, or platform SDKs (Xcode, Android Studio) and native prototyping tools (Framer, Principle).
  • You are the model recipient of feedback — not only handling it constructively, but actively modeling it to help others.
  • You have a portfolio of past projects that demonstrate your ability to design custom product experiences for a wide audience.
  • You are focused on a mobile first approach to solving product design problems.
  • You have experience in designing e-commerce mobile apps and websites. (Ticketing and/or Travel a plus)

What You'll Do:

  • Create and execute product designs that help solve end-users and customers needs for attending a VIP event/ experience in the sports industry.
  • Design and develop products at an agile pace that synchronizes with the team's goals and milestone deadlines.
  • Comfortably engage stakeholders, involving them at key points and aiding in decision-making processes.
  • Distill complex design decisions appropriately into actionable recommendations, tailoring your communication cross-functionally to all levels of the organization, and owning all deliverables for your projects.
  • Design products end to end with existing design principles and visual frameworks creatively to produce designs and, where appropriate, new styles and patterns that are visually cohesive with the rest of On Location products
  • Work across teams of User Researchers, PMs, Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Marketers to deliver innovative solutions.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$131,250 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$175,000 annually
