Job Summary

Develop systems and procedures to ensure CETD complies with UTA, state, and federal requirements related to invention disclosures, intellectual property, licensing, and startup reporting.

This includes, but is not limited to, IP docketing, iEdison reporting, and AUTM reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Establish, maintain, and manage an IP docketing system.
Ensure proper reporting and documentation related to government obligations.
Track and manage licensee engagement and compliance, including welcome packets, milestone attainment, contractual reporting, and financial obligations.

Collaborate across CETD, the Office of Research, and UTA administration to ensure financial, licensing, reporting, data collection and analysis, and metrics goals are achieved.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
Project management and compliance management experience.
Compliance and reporting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Proven interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
Comfort performing in highly entrepreneurial fast paced environments with continual change.
