The Legal Specialist is responsible for assisting the team and partner network in managing daily operations. This position includes the monitoring of automated and manual processes to ensure the proper handling of outsourced accounts, as well as the participation in projects / analysis as needed and provide and communicate performance, initiative, and / or process results.
Responsibilities
Oversees and makes suggestions for improvements to daily automated and manual processes. 5%
Process administrative material and tasks. 30%
Provides regular tracking and reporting on adherence to daily processes and / or financial performance. 20%
Relationship with and request fulfillment for internal / external customers. 35%
Subject matter expert for one or more projects with high levels of complexity. 10%
Education
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Bachelor
Language
Required: English
Experience
Required: 1 - 2 years customer service or clerical experience. Experience with MS Office. Good communication skills, Data Entry.
Preferred: 2+ years work experience in financial services related field. System querying skills. Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel).
