ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for credit control, collection and reporting Maintains accounts receivable insurance program.

Assist General Manager as appropriate and in report preparation Directs the local accounts payable function, assuring coordination with central accounts payable Directly manages administrative and customer service employees.

Local payroll reporting and maintains all payroll records. Union dues billing, health & welfare, and pension payments and reconciliation. Maintains all personnel Files, 401k and insurance programs. Assists Central Accounting in period close. Ensures compliance to administrative policy and procedures. Handles corporate requests for information.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety rules as stated in the Employee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Carries out supervisory responsibilities as a member of Branch staff, in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws.

Directly supervises non-exempt administrative employees.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
