Job Overview

We are seeking a groundbreaking Senior Product Manager who excels in forward thinking strategies and driving commercial success within messaging ecosystems In this role, you will lead our messaging products' strategic direction while optimizing commercial performance to amplify earnings and cultivate growth potential. You'll demonstrate your deep understanding of market dynamics, user behavior, and business models to develop and implement strategies that drive both user engagement and financial success.

**This role is located in Bellevue, WA and requires a minimum of three days in office for team collaboration

Responsibilities:

Define a long-term strategy for the Carrier Ecosystem at T-Mobile, including value chain positioning, product roadmap, and commercial opportunities.Communicate the Carrier Ecosystem strategy and progress with T-Mobile's leadership and cross-functional teams, encouraging alignment and harmony.Implement a comprehensive strategy for our messaging ecosystem, aligning product initiatives with company goals and market opportunities.Conduct in-depth market analysis and driven research to identify key trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.Lead commercial relationships and contracts with strategic partners, leading all aspects of the negotiation, drafting, and execution of agreements to ensure alignment with business goals and legal requirements.Drive product & and commercial decision-making by using market research, customer insights, strategic frameworks, analytic and financial models.Monitor product performance metrics, analyze user engagement data, and iterate on product strategies to optimize user satisfaction and business outcomes.Act as a leader with vision for the messaging ecosystem strategy internally and externally, representing the company at industry events and conferences.Build strong relationships with key partners and team members to drive strategic partnerships, integrations, and ecosystem expansion efforts.Handle PR critical issues and participate in planning efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to strategically handle and mitigate any public relations issues that may arise, while also supplying to proactive PR initiatives to enhance the company's brand reputation and messaging ecosystem.Develop, negotiate, and implement pricing strategies and commercial terms with channel partners to drive revenue growth within the Carrier Ecosystem.Analyze key performance indicators (critical metrics) to track the success of revenue-generating initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.Work closely with technical product managers, engineers, and outside vendors to continuously deliver new product features, improvements, and updates.Act as the voice of the core T-Mobile customer balancing growth opportunities with risks to the core wireless experience & business.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor moves, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to keep the Carrier Ecosystem business ahead of the curve.QUALIFICATIONS:Master's / MBA in Operations Research, Business Administration, Economics, Finance Statistics, or Mathematics, or other quantitative fieldsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Business, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar subject area8+ years of shown experience focusing on business strategy, management consulting, financial modeling, business analytics, or related fields.Structured problem solver. You can frame and bring structure to large, complex, or ambiguous problems.Problem solver. You can identify the key issues that impact business decisions and have excellent analytical abilities to drive insights. You can interpret data ranging from customer surveys to cash flow statements.Storyteller. Washington Pay Range : $158, $213, The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
