Position Introduction

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch technical assistance and support.

Day to Day

  • Frontline Customer Support: Provide level 1 frontline support via telephone, email, and other communication channels in the US, engaging with customers to efficiently diagnose and resolve their technical issues.
  • Ticket Management: Operate a ticketing system to efficiently manage and track various technical issues, ensuring their resolution in a timely manner.
  • Client Training: Conduct interactive training sessions with clients to enhance their understanding of our products and services.
  • Customer Feedback: Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers, keeping them informed of the progress of their technical inquiries.
  • Support for Sales Team: Collaborate with the US sales team to address technical and operational requests, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaboration with IT Team: Work closely with the IT team based in the UK to manage and resolve technical challenges, fostering effective cross-border communication.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computing (Computer Science or CIT).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT environment.
  • Fluid in Spanish.
  • Experience working with various operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as batch and shell.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
