Your Day-to-Day:
  • Development: Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Debugging and resolving complex issues in existing software. Completing work on time with little to no oversight.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with business analysts, solution architects, and fellow developers, converting requirements into scalable, sustainable automation solutions.
  • Project Planning and Management: Contributing to project planning, including estimating timelines and resource requirements. Managing priorities and task assignments within the development team.
  • Mentorship: Mentoring junior developers, providing guidance, and encouraging best practices.
Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience developing automation solutions.
  • Experience with Flask or similar web framework.
  • Experience with Python Azure technical stack.
  • Python Expertise: craft, test, and deploy solutions.
  • Automation experience to include: streamlining complex workflows and delivering solutions that are both scalable and aligned with business objectives.
  • API Integration with REST APIs.
Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with programming languages (C# or VB).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • A portfolio of projects or contributions to open-source projects is highly desirable.
