A qualified candidate will have three years or more experience in all aspects of service, maintenance, diagnostic, and repair with late model Volkswagen and Audi vehicles.
Full time 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday
We are a busy independent shop and mostly work on vehicles that are 2010 and newer.
You will perform advanced removal and replacement of parts, and perform diagnostic work accurately.
We are a full service shop and do everything from regular service (from oil changes to timing chains) to rebuilding engines and performance upgrades.
An experienced technician should be able to:
Use diagnostic tools and perform tests to confirm repairs needed and carry out the repairs.
Communicate effectively with the team and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
Provide quality, thorough service in a fast paced environment.
Have a strong attention to detail.
Work in a clean and organized manner.
Job responsibilities may include but are not not limited to:
Perform regular vehicle maintenance services. Thoroughly inspecting customer's vehicles for oil or fluid leaks. Make recommendations for additional servicing based on initial vehicle inspections.
Accurately and thoroughly diagnose customer vehicles addressing their concerns and keeping an eye out for other problems the vehicle may be experiencing.
Candidates must possess strong mechanical skills and adhere to all safety procedures and practices.
Must have a valid driver's license and have a driving record that will pass inspection by our insurance company.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in a physical environment that involves bending, reaching, twisting, and standing for long periods.
