  • Serve as the Loan Administration representative to coordinate transactions among customers, Agent Banks, Participant banks, Front Office, Americas Treasury Division (ATD), and other stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative aspects of all new deal closings, including calculating, invoicing, and disbursing deal-related fees, as well as coordinating fund movements for initial funding and closing. Collaborate closely with Borrowers and the Bank Group.
  • Report all transactions requiring special handling or approval to Management, Supervisors, and Account Officers.
  • Maintain credit arrangements independently for complex loan deals as administrative agent or bilateral lender. Provide consultative support to Account Officers on operational deal structure issues. Review loan documentation and term sheets against Credit Approval to ensure accuracy and consistency in Credit Arrangements maintained in ACBS.
  • Manage daily maintenance of commitment facilities for commercial loans, including monitoring borrowing status, processing new borrowings, rollovers, rate sets, conversions, repayments, and prepayments. Calculate, invoice, and disburse ongoing interest and fee payments from both Borrower and Lender perspectives, encompassing agency and amendment fees, as well as monthly and quarterly activities.
  • Troubleshoot deal management issues, liaise with Treasury to resolve funding rate discrepancies, interact with customers on cash movement activities, and reconcile statements to ledger entries.

Experience with a Global Financial Insitution|Opportunity for long term employment
  • 5+ years of loan product experience
  • High proficiency in using ACBS and LoanIQ
  • Competent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working with a major banking institution
