- Manage classroom environments effectively, integrating technology and resources seamlessly.
- Utilize data analytics to inform instructional practices and decision-making processes.
- Model effective coaching techniques to assist administrators in providing constructive feedback to educators.
2. **Coaching and Support:**
- Guide teachers in applying the program's philosophy and instructional methods.
- Differentiate support based on the specific needs of educators and students.
3. **Observation and Feedback:**
- Conduct observations of classroom practices post-professional development to assess implementation progress.
