Job Description

We are looking for a Workday Scout System Analyst. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support ongoing design, configuration and reporting for Workday SCOUT Platform
  • Align with procurement team to define and prioritize enhancements to streamline operational processes and enhancements
  • Lead new functionality uptake by managing the requirements gathering, configuration, technical testing, supporting UAT, and post-production support
  • Monitor new features being released by Workday SCOUT leading educating the procurement team on new features and managing the regression testing to minimize impacts to production
  • Collaborate with business analysts and project team members to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide incident management support for production issues
  • Maintain change documentation and training materials
  • Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose and advocate for improvements to the Workday SCOUT solution

What You'll Need

Required
  • Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience
  • 3-4+ years' experience with Workday SCOUT or any similar strategic sourcing platform
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Collaboration and can work effectively in a global team set up
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
