We are currently seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

About this role:

Seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for the Analytical Cloud Product to partner with Product Owners, Principle Engineers, Technology Management, key Business & Technology partners, and 3rd party vendors to enable adoption of Google Cloud Platform, specifically as it related to Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities.

This role will support the strategic execution and delivery for transformational GenAI roadmaps, use cases, services, and processes, directly managing select workstreams. This person will work across teams to ensure the CTO organization, and broader WFT, organization delivers on GenAI use cases, process, and capabilities enabling product and engineering teams to accelerate delivery. In addition, they will assist with communication of business value, process definition, and defining the metrics for success to measure progress.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and provide direction to cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and unique challenges, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across CTO, ACT, DTI, DS&S, and partner teams to drive strategic initiatives
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of Power Point experience in pulling together executive level communication
  • 2+ Years of Confluence and Jira management experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with on-prem or cloud data and AIML technologies and solution
  • Experience in Cloud implementations with one or more of the following platforms – Google, Azure, AWS, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes
  • Resourceful; able to use relationships, information, and tools to learn, navigate organizational structures, create effective plans, build new relationships, and address complex challenges.
  • Effective communicator, both orally and in writing, with an executive presence and ability to ask well-crafted questions and present ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proven success working horizontally across a large, complex organization and participating in enterprise-wide implementations.
  • Well-honed ability to cultivate relationships, collaborate with multiple stakeholders and constituencies, listen for understanding, and engender creative thinking and teamwork
  • Proven ability to demonstrate resourcefulness in navigating through ambiguity and ability to maintain momentum while driving for clarity and results
  • An ability to develop and articulate sound proposals to key stakeholders and an ability to influence and drive timely decision making
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in driving successful execution of plans; ability to plan, prioritize, set goals, and achieve expected results
  • Experience leading complex technology initiatives in a large and dynamic segment of a financial services organization
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills coupled with an ability to translate ideas/issues into well-defined plans/solutions
  • Significant experience analyzing complex problems and developing and operationalizing solutions.
  • Ability to develop technology strategy, operating model & roadmaps with clear objectives and aligned with business, enterprise and technology strategies
  • Strong leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment
  • Robust experience managing and resolving issues, risks, scope, schedule, dependencies, assumptions, and communications, and planning across large projects
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Sense of urgency about exceeding the objectives of the role
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, and adjust to changing priorities
  • Agile – able to implement and manage changes.
