Business Intelligence Analyst:

The Business Intelligence Analyst has a pivotal opportunity to support the growth of Salute and shape the future of our sales organization. The Business Intelligence Analyst enables our sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience by developing, implementing, and continuously improving sales enablement tools and processes. They will be a key contributor to analyzing data and providing insights to help improve business performance, processes, and strategies. The individual will help drive lead generation, market identification and measure key objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Business Intelligence / Continuous Process Improvement / Technology Evaluation & Implementation
  • Oversees the planning of projects to produce reports and perform meaningful quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing impactful business issues or questions.
  • New Customer and Partnership Success journey
  • Organizational Productivity Gains
  • New employee onboarding process and training documentation
  • Data and technology integration
  • Improve sales efficiency and drive adoption.
  • Coordinate with our Salesforce administrator to prioritize and manage improvement initiatives.
  • CRM (Salesforce) data and change management. Define and implement metrics with sales leadership.
  • Support forecasting and demand planning efforts
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and evaluate and implement solutions (Productivity and Customer Experience)
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Education and Formal Training:

  • BS in MIS, Finance, Economics or comparable discipline
  • 3-5 years of finance-related work experience
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations. This involves using statistical methods, data mining techniques, and visualization tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Data Storytelling and Visualization: Ability to effectively communication insights and next steps through visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Data Management & Automation: Knowledge with Data Systems like Snowflake or Microsoft Azure and proficient in querying and managing data using SQL or tools like Alteryx and Power Automate / Query
  • Critical Thinking and Creativity: Frame business problems with as data challenges and develop innovative solutions with using data-driven approaches

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

  • Must be able to effectively lead, navigate, and complete complex projects involving customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer needs and translate them into operational requirements and specific action items.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and senior staff.
  • Ability to stay organized and "multi-task" while also reassessing priorities on a continual basis.
  • Takes ownership in identification, recommendation, and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and accomplish any task.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of our customers and business
