PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $ $74600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. - Partner closely with client, guests, and catering staff to produce exceptional events that exceed guest expectations, drive referrals, and build positive brand awareness
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and manage all catering events from start to finish and ensure the highest quality of product and service throughout
- Develop effective presentations both verbally and written where ideas and recommendations display strong understanding and expertise
- Organize necessary banquet, kitchen, and service staff and arrangements for each event
- Document and review all records for each catering event, maintain an excellent track record of budgetary allotments and exceeding guests' expectations
- Design and deliver appropriate catering menus by collaborating with clients and chefs
- Minimum three years of catering management experience in an arena or other large venue is highly preferred
- Experience in food preparation, inventory and cost control, scheduling, and purchasing
- Excellent customer service orientation, communication, data analysis, and organizational skills
- Ability to work event hours including some holidays, weekends, and evenings
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related preferred
